Historien-, Porträt- und Landschaftsmaler sowie Grafiker, Dichter und Musiker

 

Stöhr erhielt eine Ausbildung an der Wiener Kunstgewerbeschule in den Jahren von 1877 bis 1879 und bis zum Jahre 1887 an der Wiener Akademie unter Rudolf Carl Huber, August Eisenmenger und Leopold Carl Müller. Ab 1896 war er Mitglied des Wiener Künstlerhauses, von 1897 bis zu seinem Tode Gründungsmitglied der Wiener Secession.

From 1877 to 1879, Stöhr studied at the Vienna School of Arts and Crafts and later, until 1887, at the Vienna Academy under Rudolf Carl Huber, August Eisenmenger and Leopold Carl Müller. From 1896 on, he was a member of the Vienna Künstlerhaus, and from 1897 to his death, he was a founding member of the Vienna Secession.
