Blumen- und Landschaftsmalerin. Von 1868 bis 1873 betätigte sie sich als Pianistin, bevor sie sich in der Folge der Malerei zuwandte. Sie studierte zunächst bei Melchior Fritsch und August Schaeffer, danach wurde der österreichische Stimmungsimpressionist Emil Jakob Schindler ihr Lehrer. Dieser unternahm mit ihr, Maria Egner und Carl Moll ab 1882 Studienfahrten und bestimmte ihre künstlerische Entwicklung wesentlich. Sie erhielt die „Mention honorable“ im Jahre 1888 in Paris und 1891 in London, 1897 in Wien die Kleine Goldene Staatsmedaille, 1891 die bayerische Ludwigsmedaille und 1893 die Medaille in Chicago. Im Jahr 1900 stellte sie auf der Pariser Weltausstellung aus. Sie war Präsidentin des Vereines österreichischer Schriftstellerinnen und Künstlerinnen in Wien.

Flower and landscape painter. From 1868 to 1873 she worked as a pianist, before turning to painting. She first studied with Melchior Fritsch and August Schaeffer, then the Austrian impressionist Emil Jakob Schindler became her teacher. From 1882 onwards, he undertook study trips with her, Maria Egner and Carl Moll, and significantly influenced her artistic development. In 1888 Olga Wisinger-Florian received the "Mention honorable" in Paris and 1891 in London, in 1897 the Small Golden State Medal in Vienna, in 1891 the Bavarian Ludwig Medal, and in 1893 the medal in Chicago. In 1900 she exhibited at the Paris World’s Exposition. She was president of the Association of Austrian Women Writers and Artists in Vienna.
