Architect, Pupil of Otto Wagner
The son of a carpenter studied at Staatsgewerbeschule, later from 1898 until 1901 at the "Akademie der bildenden Künste" in Vienna as a pupil of Otto Wagner. Later he was employed at "Hoppe & Schönthaler" and worked as a designer for Gebrüder Thonet.
